How InterFit works

One form, one gym, no obligation. This is what happens to your enquiry, step by step.

InterFit is a referral service. We do not run a gym, sell memberships or take bookings. We connect you with one local business that does.

The steps

  1. Tell us what you want. Choose a gym membership, strength and conditioning, group fitness classes or small group training. Add your suburb or town and state. Your goal, experience and preferred times are optional but help.
  2. We pass it to one gym. We choose a gym or studio that serves your area and offers that kind of training. We aim to pass your request to a local gym within one business day.
  3. The gym gets in touch. It uses the phone number or email you gave to answer questions or arrange a visit.
  4. You visit and read the agreement. Go at the time you would train. Ask about cooling-off, notice and direct debits.
  5. You decide. Join, keep looking or do nothing. Nothing is owed either way.

Why one gym and not five

Your details going to five businesses means five sales calls. One referral keeps it manageable. If the first gym is not right, send another enquiry and say what was missing.

Who pays

The gym that receives your enquiry may pay InterFit for the referral. You pay InterFit nothing. The gym sets its own prices and terms, and you deal with it directly.

What to leave out

Health details. The form does not ask for them, so please do not add them in the notes. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor first and raise anything relevant with the gym in person.

Your details

What we collect, why and who receives it is set out on the enquiry page.

Questions about the process

Can I choose which gym gets my enquiry?

Not by name. Tell us what matters, such as the kind of training, the area and the times, and we match on that.

What if I do not hear from the gym?

Send a fresh enquiry and mention it. We can try a different gym in your area if there is one.

Am I signing up to anything by sending the form?

No. The form is an enquiry, not a membership. You only sign up if you choose to join a gym directly.
