These terms apply to your use of interfit.com.au ("the site"), operated by Uplinkd Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 660 968 123) as InterFit.
What the site is
InterFit is an independent referral service. We are not a gym and we do not provide any training. When you send an enquiry we pass it, with your agreement, to a local gym who contacts you directly.
The business you are referred to
Any session, package, membership, agreement and payment is between you and that business. We do not employ them, supervise them or guarantee their services, and we are not a party to any contract you make with them. Before you sign up, ask about their qualifications, insurance and ABN, read any agreement before you sign it and ask how cancelling works.
Information on the site
Guides and other information on the site are general information, not health, medical or exercise advice for you. If you have a health condition, or are not sure whether a kind of exercise suits you, talk to your doctor or another health professional first.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the services, conduct or pricing of a business you are referred to.
